SCHOOL PROGRAMS AT THE ZOO
Woodland Park Zoo offers a host of resources and programs for K-12 classes. For your visit to the zoo, we offer programs guided by zoo staff or volunteers, helpful instructions and activities for self-guided visits, and special Homeschool Days. We also offer outreach programs that come to your community, including live animal programs. These resources and programs can enhance your classroom curriculum and are designed to help students meet Washington’s Essential Academic Learning Requirements for students in science and other subjects, as well as Washington’s Environmental and Sustainability Education Standards.
