New Rainy Day Discount coupon offers half off admission at Woodland Park Zoo. Visit www.zoo.org/rainyday to check if coupon is posted for the day. A special map guides visitors to indoor exhibits and covered areas such as the Tropical Rain Forest where golden lion tamarin monkeys, ocelots and birds are showcased

WHAT

Hey, puddle jumpers! Are the dreary, rainy days getting you down and confining you indoors? Then it’s time to venture outdoors to Woodland Park Zoo for the Rainy Day Building Hop and a Rainy Day Discount to go along with your adventure. Get half off zoo admission for up to four people with an online coupon. The coupon will be offered on select days when the weather is forecasted to be particularly dismal.

A map of the Rainy Day Building Hop takes you to a number of indoor exhibits and covered areas including: the indoor, award-winning Tropical Rain Forest showcasing plants and animals in a warm, humid environment; a gallery of smaller-scale exhibits with amphibians and reptiles in the Day Exhibit; nose-to-nose encounters with grizzlies and river otters in the award-winning Northern Trail;  the mysterious world of arthropods in the indoor Bug World; and Zoomazium’s indoor nature play space, where the little ones can climb a tree, explore a cave or hike up a mountain, all without feeling a drop of rain.

HOW

Before you head to the zoo, go to www.zoo.org/rainyday and check if a Rainy Day Discount coupon has been posted for the day. Discount coupons, when offered, are good for 50% off on all regular admissions to the zoo, limit four admissions per coupon. Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or offers, and are good only for the day indicated on the coupon. If there isn’t a coupon, be sure to check back on another day.

Zoo fans can begin checking www.zoo.org/rainyday for Rainy Day Discount coupons today. Coupons, if posted online, will appear no later than 4:00 p.m. the day before the coupon is valid. Coupons will be valid for one day only. Remember, if there’s no coupon posted, visit the website on another day.
