ABOUT THE ExHIBIT

Australasia encompasses the wide swath of Pacific Ocean area that includes Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the thousands of islands of the South Pacific. The animals that inhabit this area include pouched mammals such as wallabies and wallaroos, the raucous kookaburra and stately emus.
