SCHOLARSHIP REQUESTS
Camp Scholarships
2026 camp scholarship applications are available as part of the camp registration process. To complete the application, you will need to select “I would like to apply for a scholarship” and complete the online application during registration. Applications will be reviewed on a two-week rolling basis until funds are exhausted.
While our goal is to make our programs accessible for as many campers as possible, we cannot guarantee a scholarship for every applicant.

EXTENDED CARE
Extended Care Program
Extended Care drop-off & pick-up will take place NORTH of the Flamingo Lot at a staffed pedestrian entrance just past the water tower. This is an external entrance to the zoo that allows quick access to our Zoomazium building where extended care is held.
Entrance to the Flamingo Lot is on the corner of 50th and Phinney.
Morning Extended Care*: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m., Tuesday – Friday
Afternoon Extended Care: 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday – Friday
Cost: $60 for Morning Extended Care*, $120 for Afternoon Extended Care
*Why is morning Extended Care not offered on Mondays during summer camp? As the first day of the camp week is a busy preparation period for camp staff members, we are unable to accommodate early drop-off of campers on Mondays. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Adding Extended Care
Extended Care options are available during the online registration process but may be added at any time. Pre-registration for Extended Care is encouraged as space is limited.
If you have already registered your child for camp, you can add Extended Care by logging onto your UltraCamp account and editing your reservation.
Cancelation and Modification of Extended Care
If space is available, extended care can be added prior to the session start date.
All programs require a $50 non-refundable fee which will not be returned regardless of cancelation or modification date. Below are additional important cutoffs for cancelations or modifications.
- No refunds will be issued after June 1st
- After June 1 at 9:00 a.m. PST, no program fees will be returned in the event of modification or cancellation to your registration. This includes but is not limited to Basic Fees, Non-refundable Fees, and Registration Fees, as well as extended care.
- Modifications and cancelations can be made until June 1.
- No refunds, make-ups, or credits will be issued for missing camp days or weeks due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or violation of camp policies.
