Thank you for visiting Woodland Park Zoo’s Donation Request page. The zoo offers a limited number of admission ticket donations to local charitable organizations each year for use in fundraising events in the form of Family Fun Packs, which include four (4) single-use all-ages day passes to Woodland Park Zoo. We are not able to provide donations of tours, behind-the-scenes experiences, or animal experiences.

The zoo receives hundreds of requests for donations each month, and while we wish we could fulfill every request we receive, we are limited in the number we are able to provide. Family Fun Pack donations are only available to federally licensed 501c(3) non-profit organizations. Organizations are limited to one donation per calendar year.

Please read the Criteria for Consideration carefully and complete the form below to apply for a Family Fun Pack (retail value of $90). If your request is approved, a Family Fun Pack will be mailed to you. Due to the volume of requests we receive each month, we may not be able to respond to every request we receive. This form is for auction donation requests only; to request Community Access Program (CAP) partner tickets, please visit zoo.org/community.

Criteria for Consideration

Due to the large volume of requests we receive, the zoo may deny requests due to capacity and not merit alone. Thank you for understanding.

• Organization must be a Federally licensed 501c (3) non-profit, charitable agency
• Priority will be given to groups with an educational, environmental or charitable mission
• Requests from K-12 schools fundraising for academic/education purposes
• Organization must be located within Washington state
• Requests must be submitted a minimum of 30 days in advance of the event and no more than six months prior to the event date
• Phone and mail requests are not accepted, you MUST apply through our online form

NOT ELIGIBLE

• Any request that does not meet the criteria above
• Individual fundraisers, team fundraisers, athletic organizations (including booster clubs
• K-12 school fundraising for extracurricular events (booster, team sports, senior trips etc.)
• Any request that is to be mailed to a private address
• Any organization that has already received a donation within the past 12 months
• Employee, student or volunteer prizes
