What is included with my ticket?

Your ticket includes all-day zoo admission and all food and beverage options curated for the experience.

Where does the event take place?

Pancakes with Penguins will take place in front of the Humboldt Penguin exhibit.

Are these events family-friendly, or are they only for adults?

Yes, these events are family-friendly so children are welcome!

Will I have access to the rest of the zoo with my event ticket?

Yes, your Pancakes with Penguins ticket includes all-day zoo admission. After Pancakes with Penguins dining experience concludes, guests can explore the rest of the zoo at 9:30am.

Can I purchase tickets on the day of event?

No, tickets need to be pre-purchased 7 days in advance.

How do I enter the zoo?

For Pancakes with Penguins, guests can ONLY enter through West Gate.

Where do I park? How much does parking cost?

Parking for these events is in the zoo lots located along Phinney Avenue N. and N. 59th Street, and the lot accessible on N. 50th & Fremont Ave. N.

Penguin Lot and Otter Lot are the two parking lots closest to West Gate.

Pay-for-parking kiosks are located at each lot. Parking is $10 for the day (+ taxes and fees) for parking in any of the Woodland Park Zoo parking lots

Disabled parking is available in all zoo lots.

If you must park on the streets surrounding the zoo, please be courteous and do not block driveways.

Can I get a refund or reschedule my ticket?

No rescheduling and no refunds. If the zoo cancels an event, we will issue refunds or reschedule tickets.

Are dietary restrictions or allergies accommodated at these events?

Vegetarian [V], Vegan [Vv] and Gluten Free [GF] options will be notated on the menu. No substitutions allowed.

What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather?

The event will take place rain or shine and outdoor canopies will be set up for rainy days. In the event of inclement weather and zoo closure, we will cancel the event and issue refunds.

What time should I arrive, and where do I check in?

Pancakes with Penguins: The event begins at 8:00 AM. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in at West Gate.

Where will we sit and can we reserve a table?

Pancakes with Penguins: Communal dining tables, seating up to 10 guests, will be set up near the Humboldt Penguin exhibit. Seating is first-come, first-served, and we are unable to accommodate table reservations. Larger groups should arrive early to find preferred seats. A designated stroller parking area will be available to provide more seating room for everyone.

Is alcohol included, and do I need to show ID?

Pancakes with Penguins: Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Please bring a valid 21+ ID.

Will there be opportunities to interact with animals during these events?

Humboldt Penguins will be active during the event.

Is the event accessible?
