Amphibians / (Script)

Grades: 3-12
This presentation can be used as an introduction or supplement to a unit on amphibians. Originally designed for an educator audience, the text and presentation format can be easily modified for students.

Arthropods / (Script)

Grades: 2-12
This presentation can be used as an introduction or supplement to a unit on arthropods. Originally designed for an adult audience, the text and presentation format can be easily modified for students. 

Washington Wildlife / (Script)

Grades: 4-12
This presentation can be used as an introduction to a unit on Washington habitats and wildlife or as a supplement to a social studies unit on Washington state. Originally designed for an educator audience, the text and presentation format can be easily modified for students in grades 4-12.

Endangered Species / (Script)

Grades: 5-12
This presentation, designed for students in grades 5-12, can be used as an introduction to a unit on endangered species and/or biodiversity or presented at the end of such a unit as a summary. The presentation complements information found in Woodland Park Zoo’s Endangered Species teacher packet.

Local and Global Wetlands / (Script)

Grades: 5-12
This presentation can be used as an introduction or supplement to a unit on wetlands. Originally designed for an adult audience, the text and presentation format can be easily modified for students. 

Reptiles / (Script)

Grades: 3-12

This presentation can be used as an introduction or supplement to a unit on reptiles. Originally designed for an adult audience, the text and presentation format can be easily modified for students. 

Forests-Tropical and Temperate / (Script)

Grades: 2-8
This presentation can be used as an introduction or as an end summary to a unit on forests. Originally designed for an adult audience, the text and presentation format can be easily modified for students. 

Bird Basics / (Script)

Grades: 3-8
This presentation can be used as an introduction or supplement to a unit on birds. Although the presentation as designed is most appropriate for grades 3-8, you may hide slides as necessary to adapt the presentation to younger audiences or add or format text to make more appropriate for older students.

Mammal Diversity / (Script)

This presentation can be adapted for students and used as an introduction to a unit on mammals. Originally designed for an educator audience, the text and presentation format can be easily modified for students.

Primates / (Script)

Grades 3-9 
This presentation, designed for students of grades 3-9, can be used as an introduction to a unit on primates or to introduce a certain group of primates (such as monkeys or apes). Although the presentation as designed is most appropriate for grades 3-9, you may adapt text or format, or hide slides as necessary to adapt the presentation to a wider range of ages.
