Woodland Park Zoo's Discovery Den offers the Zoo as a resource beyond just a field trip destination. We host a growing collection of videos, lessons, activities, and curricula for PreK-12 educators, at no cost to you. Our "teach the teacher" approach ensures you have everything you need to help your students meet the level of rigor present in NGSS and Common Core standards, while also developing their identity as scientists.

Middle School Unit
Coexisting with Carnivores is a cross-disciplinary science/social studies unit for middle schoolers.
