Terms & Services
TICKETS, ENTRY & PARKING
This Terms and Services agreement governs all premium suite purchases for ZooTunes concerts at Woodland Park Zoo. By reserving and purchasing a suite, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Tickets
All events are held rain or shine. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or rain checks will be offered due to weather or other circumstances.
Each ZooTunes Suite purchase includes:
- Two (2) reserved parking passes
- Seating and access for eight (8) guests in the suite
- Your choice of one of our premium food packages (pre-selected at the time of booking), please see FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE below for more information.
- Beverages for purchase with a dedicated server
Suite packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. Transfers to another individual may be considered with at least 72 hours’ notice by contacting concerts@zoo.org.
Suite holders are solely responsible for distributing tickets to their guests. E-tickets will be sent three (3) days prior to the event to the email provided during booking.
Entry
Suite guest access begins at 4:30 p.m. through the Patrons entry line. No early entry will be permitted.
ZooTunes concert tickets do not include general zoo admission. If suite guests wish to visit the zoo prior to the concert, additional general admission tickets must be arranged in advance.
Children 2 years and under are admitted free with a ticketed adult in the suite. Children 3 years and older require a full-priced ticket and count toward the maximum 12-person capacity in the suite area.
All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the suite.
Parking
The Suite holder’s (2) reserved parking spaces will be located in Otter Lot in the small lot closest to the entrance. The suite holders’ last name will be marked by the parking signage.
FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE
Food and beverage service is provided from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. within the suite area.
All food and beverage services are provided exclusively by Levy Restaurants.
Alcohol may be served and consumed within the designated ZooTunes event footprint only. Alcohol service complies with Washington State Liquor Commission regulations. Valid ID is required for service. Levy Restaurants reserves the right to:
- Refuse service to any intoxicated guests
- Enforce beverage containment within the event area
- Ask guests violating alcohol policies to leave zoo premises
Your suite includes one (1) pre-selected food package for all guests. Beverages for purchase with a dedicated server.
The available packages are:
- Package #1: Mediterranean Grill
- Package #2: Taqueria
- Package #3: Zen Zoocuterie
Once selected, food packages cannot be changed or substituted. All packages include a variety of items that may accommodate common dietary restrictions (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, nut-free options).
VENUE POLICIES
Smoking
Woodland Park Zoo is a non-smoking facility, including the use of e-cigarettes and vapes.
ADA Accessibility
The Zoo is fully ADA-accessible. If you require special accommodations such as wheelchair access, please contact Bramble & Wood Events in advance. ADA parking is available in each zoo lot but is not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
All ZooTunes suite purchases are non-refundable. In the rare event that a concert is officially canceled by Woodland Park Zoo, ticket refunds may be issued at the original point of purchase only.
Payment & Acceptance
Suite reservations are confirmed upon receipt of this agreement and full, non-refundable payment by the due date indicated during booking. Pre-payment is required for all premium suite experiences.
By entering your payment information, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Services as binding for your ZooTunes Suite reservation.
