Woodland Park Zoo wants to be a place for ALL people and recognizes that financial, cultural or ability barriers can sometimes make access to the zoo a challenge. During our All for Animals campaign month (August – September), we are welcoming community members to help make the zoo more accessible by nominating an individual or family who could benefit from a free, joyful and uplifting zoo experience as part of our All for Access nominations program.

If you know a community member or family who could use a zoo day, we invite you to nominate them! You may also nominate yourself.

The All for Access nomination program supports under-resourced individuals or those who face cultural or ability barriers to engaging with the zoo. Examples of nominees might include, but are not limited to, individuals facing significant healthcare challenges or with disabilities, immigrant and refugee community members, low-income families or people experiencing financial hardship or homelessness, abuse and/or trauma survivors, foster and kinship families, and many others.

All for Access Nominations Include

If your nominee is selected, they will receive:

• Free general admission daytime tickets (not valid for special events)
• Discounted food and beverages while on ground
• Access to a free wheelchair, if needed
• Options for free public transportation in partnership with King County Metro
• Free public programs

The All for Access Nominations does not support:

• Prizes and/or promotional giveaways
• Non-profit or for-profit fundraising
• Tickets for non-profit organizations (please see www.zoo.org/community for more information about our Community Access Program)

Use the button below to make a nomination between August 15 – September 30, 2026. We will be in touch within 10 business days to notify you if your nomination has been accepted. Tickets will be distributed directly to the nominated recipient.
