ACCESS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
There are a limited number of ADA tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis. All tickets are only available for purchase online.
Guests with a state disability placard or license plate may park in the designated area in selected parking lots on a first-come, first-served basis. The closest lot to the concert venue is the Penguin Lot at Phinney Ave. N. and N. 55th St.
ADA parking spots fill up quickly, so guests are also welcome to use the Otter parking lot to drop off individuals with disabilities or anyone unable to walk from the parking area to the venue.
Staff & Volunteers are available to assist with questions and directions at any time.
A limited number of spots will be available to prebook in our Otter Lot and in our Flamingo Lot prior to the shows. More information will be released on this closer to the concert dates. You will also receive information in the Know Before You Go email prior to each concert.
Guests can also choose to park in conveniently located zoo lots. It’s $15 (plus taxes and fees) for parking in all non-reserved lots.
If you choose to park in the surrounding neighborhoods, please follow Seattle parking laws and leave 5′ on either side of driveways. Please be courteous to our neighbors after the concert by keeping noise to a minimum. And most importantly, if you block someone’s driveway, you will be towed.
The ADA reserved area is located on the West side of the meadow.
Enersound Assistive listening devices are available to rent free of charge at ZooTunes on a first come, first served basis. To rent a listening device at ZooTunes, please visit the West Guest Services building, located just inside the zoo in the West Plaza.
Guest have the option to check out a receiver with connected headphones if they do not use t-coil hearing aids or they can check out a receiver with a neck-loop that transmits the sound directly their hearing aids that are equipped with a t-coil.
